Every NEW timepiece includes a 6 mos specialized mechanical movement coverage. This protects against internal movement failures but excludes surface wear, crystal damage, or liquid entry. Read our full terms below.
Inclusions: Quartz or Automatic movement malfunctions, internal gear failures, or significant timing deviations during standard daily usage.
Exclusions: External signs of use, abrasions on the steel casing or links, damaged sapphire lenses, or immersion damage are not covered. Self-repairs or third-party tampering will immediately void this protection. Should an internal mechanical concern arise within the first 6 months, reach out to us.
Owners are responsible for secure shipping to our Florida facility, where we will perform necessary repairs or part replacements at our expense.
Please note: Jewelry, Sunglasses AND Used watch purchases are final sales; these items are ineligible for coverage or exchanges.
REFUNDS:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction window. This timeframe commences upon the validation of your initial transaction.
Customer covers return transit costs.
